Established in 2015, Virtuous Beacon is a Workforce Association with the main purpose of connecting dislocated under-employed, women, youths, and veterans with On the Job Training sponsored programs in accordance with the Department of Labor. The long-term goal is to establish jobs to maintain a healthy and positive lifestyle change for these individuals and their families.
